Pure Way Limited Lifetime Warranty - Terms and Conditions

1. Covered Products

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to Pure Way supplied components, specifically the Pure Way system housing and mounting bracket. Items not supplied by Pure Way including plumbing pipe, fittings, valves, and installation materials are not covered.

2. Limited Lifetime Housing Warranty

Pure Way warrants that the system housing supplied with a Pure Way filtration system will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Limited Lifetime means the lifetime of the original purchaser while the system remains installed at the original installation address. If a defect occurs, Pure Way may replace the defective housing or provide an equivalent replacement component.

3. Consumable Components

Filter cartridges and filtration media are consumable components and are not covered under lifetime warranty. Pure Way will replace consumable filtration components only if a verified manufacturing defect occurs within one (1) year of purchase. Normal replacement due to water quality, contaminant loading, or usage is considered routine maintenance.

4. Warranty Registration Requirement

The system must be registered with Pure Way within thirty (30) days of installation to activate warranty coverage. Registration is required for warranty service, system verification, and replacement filter purchases. Pure Way reserves the right to limit warranty support and replacement filter sales to registered systems and registered owners.

5. Transfer of Warranty

The Limited Lifetime Warranty may be transferred one time if the property ownership changes. The new owner must register the transfer within thirty (30) days of property transfer and pay any applicable transfer fee. The warranty remains tied to the original installation address.

6. Warranty Claims Procedure

To request warranty service, the registered owner must contact Pure Way and provide proof of purchase or installation, system registration information, and documentation of the issue if requested. Pure Way reserves the right to determine whether the claim qualifies for warranty coverage.

7. Warranty Remedy

If a covered defect is verified, Pure Way may, at its sole discretion, replace the defective component or provide a replacement system component. Replacement components may be new or refurbished parts of equal or greater performance. Pure Way maximum obligation is limited to replacement of the covered component and may be provided one time only.

8. Labor and Service Costs

This warranty covers materials only. Pure Way is not responsible for labor, service calls, plumbing work, removal or reinstallation, diagnostics, or contractor fees. Installer or distributor warranties are independent of Pure Way.

9. Shipping

Warranty replacement components are shipped to United States addresses only. If the system is installed outside the United States, the owner must provide a United States shipping destination.

10. Commercial Installations

Commercial installations may qualify for housing coverage only. Consumable components remain excluded.

11. Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, alteration, freezing, flooding, fire, lightning, earthquakes, acts of nature, or installation of non approved components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Way shall not be liable for property damage, water damage, loss of use, lost profits, business interruption, alternative water costs, incidental damages, or consequential damages arising from the use of Pure Way products.

13. Exclusive Warranty

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Pure Way. Except as expressly stated, Pure Way disclaims all other warranties including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

14. Governing Rights

This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights which may vary by jurisdiction. If any provision of this warranty is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

15. Warranty Administration

Pure Way may update warranty administration procedures or registration policies. However, the warranty terms in effect at the time of registration will apply to that registered system.
